Registration should only take a few minutes and requires an active email address. Once registered, you will receive an email with a provided link to create your password.

This registration process keeps your personal information safe and secure and allows you to save your request(s) and come back at a later time to complete or review before submitting. Thirty (30) days after you create a user account or submit your request(s), which ever is later, all user account information and/or data entered will be deleted by ExpressAddress. Identification

The organizations you select may require identification or identifiers to process your request, such as:

  • Driver's Licence
  • Provincial Health Card
  • Date of Birth
  • Mother's maiden name

Account Numbers

  • Current statements from each of the organizations that you are notifying.
  • Driver's Licence/ Customer Number.

Required information will have a red asterisk ( * ) next to the field.

A daytime contact phone number is required. This may be your home, cell phone or another number. If you have a non-published telephone number or cell number and do not want to provide it, you must contact each organization directly to make your changes.

When using ExpressAddress, your information will be sent only to the organizations you have selected. For complete customer information, we suggest that the Privacy and Security be read in conjunction with the Terms of Use applicable to this site.
